Warranties

Precero is committed to giving our customers the best warranties and customer service. Please refer to the table below for details on warranties across our range of quality products.
Effective immediately across all Precero product ranges, for both Residential and Commercial markets. New warranty periods apply to all Precero products purchased on or after 1 June 2025.
All products must be installed by licensed trades people for warranty claims. All builders and builders licences must be supplied in order to receive any warranty claim.

*NO HARSH, ABRASIVE CLEANERS OR CHEMICALS TO BE USED ON ANY PRECERO PRODUCT. USE OF ANY HARSH PRODUCT OR BLEACH VOIDS ALL WARRANTIES ON ALL PRECERO PRODUCTS.

Mixers/Tapware

  • 20-year replacement warranty on finishes,
  • 2 years labour,
  • 10 years on cartridge,
  • 12 months on seals,
  • 7 years only on French gold finish

Showers

  • 20-year replacement warranty on parts,
  • 5 years labour,
  • 12 months on seals,
  • 7 years only on French gold finish

Accessories

  • 20-year replacement warranty on finishes,
  • 2 years on labour,
  • 7 years only on French gold finish

Toilets and Basins

  • 20-year replacement warranty,
  • 2 years on labour,
  • 2 years on perishables and valves

Toilet Seats

  • 5-year replacement on toilet seats *excluding loose hinges

Baths

  • 20-year replacement-only warranty,
  • 2 years on labour

Glass Panels & Bath Screens

  • 15-year replacement warranty on glass, must be installed by a qualified glazier

Stainless Steel Sinks

  • Lifetime warranty,
  • 2 years labour,
  • 7 years on PVD finishes,
  • 2 years on basket wastes

Granite Sinks

  • 15-year replacement warranty,
  • 2 years on labour,
  • 2 years on basket wastes

Laundry Units

  • Lifetime warranty on stainless steel tub,
  • 20 years on cabinetry,
  • 2 years on labour,
  • 2 years on drawer runners, hinges and basket wastes.

Waterproof Vanities

  • 20-year replacement-only warranty on cabinetry 15 years replacement warranty on vitreous china tops and polymarble tops,
  • 2 years labour warranty,
  • 2 years on drawer runners, hinges and wastes

MDF Vanities

  • 5-year replacement warranty on cabinetry (excluding water damage),
  • 2 years labour warranty,
  • 2 years on drawer runners, hinges, and wastes

Tops

  • 15-year replacement warranty on all tops

Care Showers

  • 20-year replacement warranty,
  • 2 years labour,
  • 2 years replacement warranty on handheld shower pieces and hoses

Mirrors

  • 5-year replacement warranty only

Shower Seats and Grab Rails

  • 20-year replacement warranty,
  • 2 years on labour

Vanities

ANY WARRANTY ON VANITIES WILL ONLY BE HONOURED WHEN INSTALLED BY A LICENSED QBCC BUILDER. RECEIPT WILL BE REQUIRED PRIOR TO ANY WARRANTY REQUEST.

Procedure for Vanity Warranty Claims:

  • Pacific Bathroom will send a representative to inspect the product, only after an invoice has been raised and a $220 service fee has been charged and paid.
  • The service charge will be refunded in full if the issue is deemed to be a warranty claim and the warranty will be carried out.
  • If it is deemed not to be a warranty issue the charge will stand, and no refund will be issued.
Vanities

Installation by a licensed builder is mandatory for vanity warranty compliance.
